When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this unique business model, we make substantial savings on storage and transport costs, which allows us to offer our products at more competitive prices than our competitors. We also cover the shipping costs ourselves.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, an order may occasionally be delayed during the shipping process.

If you still haven't received anything 3 days after the expected delivery date, please get in touch with us.
Some items are missing from my order. How can that be?
We work with several suppliers, which means products may sometimes be shipped separately. If any items are missing, they can usually still be delivered within 2 to 3 days. We apologise for any inconvenience.
What are the shipping costs?
We cover all shipping costs in full.
Please note: We occasionally give away FREE promotional products. In such cases, we charge £6.95 in shipping to cover postage and handling costs.
Exchanges & Returns
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged and unused. You do not need to give a reason.
